What’s the security deposit?
We require a security deposit equal to one month’s rent.

What’s included in my rent?
Rent includes heat, water, sewer, lawn care, and all the vegetables you can eat.
Your only utility is the PSE&G bill for your personal electric meter.

Do you allow pets?
Cats considered when accompanied by meticulously clean humans.
No additional security deposit.
$200 per month additional pet rent.

Is there an area for storage?
There is a large basement.  You are welcome to use it within reason.  Luckily for me, I am the appointed arbiter of reason.

Is this a non-smoking home?
Please, no smoking.

Is there central air?
No, but we provide window units and we install and remove them for you… you don’t have to do anything!
It’s the best we can do with an old house that doesn’t have ductwork for modernizing AC!
