We are a husband-and-wife team; we’ve lived in Merchantville for 25 years. We love the area; it’s convenient to so many things, but with a very quaint and charming small-town feel.
Our residents will tell you that we are excellent, responsive landlords… We live one block away; if you lock yourself out, or something breaks, we’ll be right over!
We seek pleasant, mature applicants who will appreciate and maintain the quiet atmosphere.
